Just a quick post to share an update on spring planting. The weather is not quite warm enough to start planting outside, so I have started several things in the gazebo. So far we have celery, celery root, red and green cabbage, cherry tomatoes, red and green leaf lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, 7 types of peppers and even sweet potatoes started. All of these will get transplanted outside in the next couple of weeks.

Next week it should be warm enough outside to start planning root vegetables, such as carrots, beets, radishes, onions and potatoes and we are also going to start building a proper greenhouse.
